Flour - 1 tbsp.
Pasta water - 1 cup
Tomato sauce - 2 cups
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Cheddar cheese - 3.5 oz.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Parsley
