It’s another beautiful day and today we are making everyone’s favorite MEXICAN FLAN better than any store and restaurant the best flan is made at home! PRO TIP!!!!
✅dont over cook it,this causes flan to break and will give it a strong egg taste, I personally don’t like my deserts to taste like egg regardless of that being the main Ingredient used
✅ you can make the flan thicker by using g a smaller mold or making little individual ones
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blen
Lime juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
